Facing the Wind 2 African Storm picks up the story of Julia and Hyrum Prince where we left them in Facing the Wind Brentwood Hall The story follows them as they travel from England to Africa where they start a new life together Facing the Wind 2 African Storm masterfully weaves the Princes and African history into a story of life love and loss that will immerse you into the lives of African kings slaves and English immigrants This novel stands completely on its own but those who have read Facing the Wind Brentwood Hall will enjoy following the Princes to Africa Leaving her beloved England and Queen behind and it looked like he did research into the history of the time period The story deals with war and slavery and contains quite a bit violence than I would have expected It has romance and family loyalty The story keeps the reader interested right along and there was even some surprises at the end E.H Lorenzo
