Some history based And mostly interesting The only real problem is that the essays visions are too short around 2 pages each So there s a lot of shortcuts that mean that the main point is sort of lost I just can t quite follow the reasoning because there isn t enough space to explain That s pretty frustrating There are three places in the book where they interrupt the general theme to put in a couple of pages of discussions of the Pythagorean Theorem in different voices memes They re quite a hoot and boosted my rating up at least half a star 208
